DNS-over-VPN Setup: Windows 8/10

Important note: DNS-over-VPN using PPTP is not supported on the Windows systems, due to the removal of the PPTP protocol. We are using L2TP protocol on our DNS servers now.  Just use l2tp instead of pptp connection, procedure is described in Win7 article.
