Windows 11 setup

Windows 11 has an easier way to add our DNS:

• On the taskbar (left side of the clock), right-click the Network and Internet settings icon

• Then under Network & Internet, select Ethernet or Wifi (please do select the network with active connection)

• Find the DNS server assignment and press EDIT

• On Edit DNS Settings, change Automatic to Manual

• Please enable IPv4 and make sure IPv6 is OFF

• Add Preferred DNS and Alternate DNS; please do refer to our DNS servers and use the nearest DNS IPs from your physical location

• Hit Save

Note: Please do log onto your Getflix account, and you should pass both the DNS and IP tests!

All done, it should display a green check on the DNS setup on your Getflix page!
