PS5 setup

If you are planning to use PlayStation 5 with Getflix, we recommend you to configure your router. Please find router configuration details HERE. 

This is how to set up DNS on PlayStation 5:

1. Go to Settings

2. Go to Network

3. Go to Settings

4. Go to Set Up Internet Connection

5. Choose your Wi-Fi name and push the OPTIONS button on the gamepad, then select Advanced Settings

6. Choose DNS Settings, select MANUAL:

7. Enter selected location DNS numbers:

https://www.getflix.com.au/setup/dns-servers/

then confirm with OK

8. You can confirm setup at NETWORK=>SETTINGS=>View Connection Status.

Your selected DNS numbers should be visible in the marked points (DNS in the picture are as the example):

Attention

Make sure to RESTART your PS5!

* Remember whenever your PS5/Router IP changes, our service will stop working for you. You will need to log into Getflix and UPDATE your IP address so that our system could check your IP address and add your IP to our database. Then, you will be able to continue using our service. If this is the first time you set up, we also suggest that you log in with your PC to our site from the same Wired/Wireless network to show our system your IP address.
